Repair Module
The repair module is designed to integrate further modifications and accommodations on Orthotics and Bio Engineered Orthotics into Digital Imager Live Software.
This module allows us to have a clear understanding as to the how we are to adjust and modify a custom order for the physician. In addition, it allows us to integrate shipping through the Order Status Log for clear communication and arrival dates. Carity is paramount, and our software is designed to provide documentation and a clear Rx message to the orthopedic technicians.
Example:
Bring up the foot scan history on your patient. Highlight and select the relative scan associated with the repair.
Once you determine the scan associated with the order, select, "View Orders".
Next, select "Repair" Tab
Type in the "Text Box" and or use the "Accommodation Tab" to customize the repair.
After you are completed, then "Accept the Order" which places it in the "Pending Order Queue". This releases Order for Production
